Rob Fischer (hexler) [DE/BG] is an independent software developer, musician and visual artist hailing from Munich, Germany, currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

hexler is developing custom software for his own audio-visual performances and installations, publishing tools for other artists, such as the modular touch-screen OSC and MIDI control surface 'TouchOSC', as well as holding workshops on graphics and computer programming at events for digital culture and art around the world.
